I do get the Butcher Crowd for 1 and although they are dearer than Coles & Woolies et al the quality is beyond comparison. Last night I cooked a beautiful pork steak (browned in pan and teamed with finely sliced fennel) then into the oven to finish off. Absolutely beautiful and although I like my meat off the hoof, it was tender as. The fennel and some steamed asparagus really finished it off. Second serving tonight - yay!
