Ingredients
• The juice of ½ lemon.
• 3 cups of water (750 ml).
• 3 teaspoons of turmeric (15 g)
• 1 teaspoon of grated or powdered cinnamon (5 g).
• 3 teaspoons of chopped ginger root (15 g).
Procedure
• Boil the water and, when it boils, add the turmeric, ginger and cinnamon.
• Leave to infuse for 30 minutes
• After the indicated time, remove from the heat source and let stand a few minutes.
• Add the juice of half a lemon, strain and serve.
• Ginger and turmeric drink can be a good supplement to food, as long as your doctor allows it.
