I don't have a problem with mince clumping together, you will only have the problem if you add mince to a pan and just leave it .
As soon as I put it on to cook I stir it and I don't have a problem.

This would be another unnecessary gadget in my over filling draw.

On the topic of mince, I have stopped using the cheaper mince and I'm using the lean beef mince 90% meat and 10% fat. I can't believe the difference yes it's more a bit more expensive but so worth it

If you buy the 500g it's $20 kg , if you purchase the 1 kg pack then it's $15 kg and only $3 kg more than the cheaper one
