Transfer help

Just wanted to check if any members have had problems with transfer elderly neighbors bought a scooter for hubby who is recovering from cancer but they can’t register the scooter because it hasn’t been changed in four owners and can’t find the original owner police and motor transport no help thank u for reading

I don't know, if you've had any replies, or if it's still revealant. I had a mobility sit on scooter for over 10 years. They do NOT need to be registered. Driving on the side of the road, or the footpath or grass area is legal. I went an asked and we even had a person come out to the lifestyle village and confirm. We are not referring to the stand up type of scooter a child uses.
