Traffic Camera
A man drives by a traffic control camera and the flash goes off. He knows he is doing the speed limit. So he goes around the block to try again at the exact speed and the flash goes off again. Now he's mad, and continues to go around the block several times. No matter what he does the flash goes off every time he passes.
Two days later he gets 5 tickets in the mail for driving without a seat belt.
