Method, put some pasta on to cook enough for 2 people.
A little oil in pan, add onions cook till soft. Add garlic.Add bacon cook 1 minute, add tomato paste this will thicken mixture as will as add flavour, cook 1 minute. Pour in tin of tomatoes then sweet chilli sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
When pasta is cooked onto plates spoon over sauce add cheese or top optional, you can put the cheese topping under grill to melt. This recipe can easierly be increased just double ingredients, you can add extra or reduce to you taste.

Method:

1. Put enough pasta on to cook for 2 people.

2. Put oil in fry pan, add onions and cook till transparent. Add garlic and bacon, cook 1 minute, and add tomato paste (this will thicken mixture as well as add flavour) cook a further 1 minute.

3. Pour in canned tomatoes then sweet chilli sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. When pasta is cooked serve onto plates, spoon sauce over and add cheese or topping of your choice – optional.

5. You can place under the grill, if desired to lightly melt the cheese, but watch as not to burn.

6. This recipe can easily be increased - just double ingredients, you can add extra or reduce to you taste.

JB - This sounded like a easy and quick dish, so thank you for sharing.

Thank you, that is easier. You did a very good job. I have another recipe I'll try to write in the right way but no guarantee. You may have to fix that one also. See how I go.
You're welcome and thank you for your approval. I'm a bit of a recipe addict with over 500 cookbooks now after culling thousands because we're downsizing, but I still have 23,000+ at last count according to my hubby. I have to admit that I've not made all of them, but it gives me a pretty good scope to check out for any meal or cake. :giggle: 🤷‍♀️😂
