Mainly I like to make sure I do my 7,000 steps a day and get my star from my step tracker app plus looking for some part time work to supplement my pension. Did play a game of golf weekly but have put that on the back burner as am trying to save enough to take a trip home to Ireland late next year to see the family Slainte

Wow! 7,000 steps a day is INCREDIBLE. I think this is the motivation that I needed to work on my fitness too. Hahaha!
