Sorry Vella, I will no longer buy anything through Catch. They are totally unprofessional. I placed an order with them on 2 December and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. They have not provided me with any customer service whatsoever. They have not followed through on anything to solve my problem. I am so unimpressed to the point I will be taking them to Consumer Affairs!

That's a shame about Catch, @Lindyloo

For what it's worth, my partner and I have made a few orders from Catch without issue... But yeah, pretty poor form if the item still hasn't arrived from an order in early December, and even worse if they've been uncommunicative.

That's terrible! I understand that there are some shipping delays due to the pandemic and other factors, but having to wait until 2022 for your order? Do better Catch!
