A great tv show from the 60's/70's. Many people will remember the animated puppets whose mission was
to save the world - with each mission starting with the immortal words - Thunderbirds are go!

I still love them today, they had such good storylines and always saved the day. I was glued to the TV and now really appreciate just how much effort and creativity went into making each episode. The special effects were quite advanced for the time.

We LOVE Thunderbirds
We watch it on YouTube, 34 full episodes of the original broadcasts.
We find watching these (or Captain Scarlet ) instead of the news makes for a far more happier day

My brother and I watched them ALL the time. We even had models of the Space rocket ( TB3 ) I think (Me) and TB2 ( the "carry all) Steven , although that one didn't open & carry stuff. I'm 68 & still remember our rescues.

Loved the old show and watched them all the episodes many many times. Lady Penelope was always my Favourite. The new Show that is Animated is really good. I was disappointed in the movie though. Five ,
Four,
Three,Twooo, One Thunderbirds are Gooooooo.

I used to watch this with my son when he was little. Great show, very enjoyable. I found it on TV recently and enjoyed it all over again.

I didn't have any of the toys unfortunately. I used to love how they used to get the puppets to "sweat" when they were on a tough mission in a hot situation, and usually they only just "made it" in time, very intense. They also had lovely outfits to wear - all handmade by someone talented. Alot went into making this show. See Utube for the story.
