Throat Lozenges

In today's Newsletter ( Friday 4/2/2022 ) there was a photo of a tin of Throaties.
I am wondering if anyone remembers another throat lozenge from years ago.
It was in a small cardboard tube, I think it was mainly coloured red and yellow.
It contained tiny, black, maybe half a centimetre square lozenges.
They were a strong taste but I loved them.
I have often wondered what they were called. Maybe some one will remember what I mean.
Thanks.

Hi Cheb, I think they were called Checkem Quicks or something like that. I thought the taste of them were pretty yuky but by the same token I loved them. I hope this is what you mean.
