So, we can certainly sympathise with one young woman from Wellington, New Zealand, who thought she hit the jackpot when she found a budget hotel boasting scenic views at an affordable price.
Unfortunately, Miriam's high hopes were quickly dashed when she arrived at her room at the Mi-Pad Hotel in Queenstown to find that the supposed view was actually a live TV stream from a camera on the roof!

'We booked a room with a view in Queenstown, and it was a LIVESTREAM of the view from the top floor,' Miriam wrote in the tweet with some laughing emojis.
