Queenie said that this handy phone application can help you compare prices on any product while you're out shopping, so you can be sure you're getting the best deal possible.

The finance guru said in the clip: "Just open the Google app and click on the camera icon then when you scan a barcode it will bring up a list of the same items at different shops so you can easily compare the prices." This blew us away!

"The idea is you can price match or price beat in-store at some shops. It works WAY better with barcodes than price tags."

This handy little trick is sure to save you a lot of money in the long run!

Queenie's post has gone viral on social media, with many users singing their praises for the little-known, money-saving tip.

One user wrote: "Wow, this is game-changing! Thanks."

"How did I not know this?" another said.

A third suggested: "You might even try to do it at a store that doesn’t publicise their price match. You never know! They might agree!"

We're sure some of you are still confused over this new app (we were too at the smart). Google Lens is essentially a tool that can help you get information about the world around you.

It uses your smartphone’s camera to identify objects and provide you with information about them.

For example, you can point your camera at a flower and Google Lens will tell you what kind of flower it is. Or, you can point it at a landmark and it will give you information about that landmark. Neat, right?

Google Lens is still in its early stages, but it’s already making its mark. It’s likely that it will only get better as time goes on.
