This is what REALLY happens at Today when the cameras aren't rolling

We all know that what we see on TV is rarely the whole story, and there's often a lot more going on behind the scenes than meets the eye.
The same can be said for our favourite morning shows, especially when it comes to live television. There are always bloopers, technical difficulties and other funny mishaps that occur – even if we don't always get to see them (sadly!).
But thankfully, in this day and age of social media, some of these moments are caught on camera and shared with fans online, much to everyone's amusement.
Take this recent video posted by the Today show's Instagram page, for example. It shows hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon dancing together during a commercial break – and it's absolutely hilarious!
The clip starts with Karl standing in silence before shaking the lower half of his body as he begins to sing 'Wiggle It' by 2 In A Room. 'Jiggle it, just a little bit,' he cheekily hummed the wrong lyrics. (It's actually 'wiggle', not 'jiggle'.)
Ally then joined in on both the singing and dancing before they turned around...and shook their behinds at one another! 'What's that thing you do? I was twerking,' said Ally, to which Karl jokingly replied: 'You can't even say it….'
While the dance break happened off-air, Today posted the video on Instagram alongside the caption: 'Sorry guys, but what happens in the ad breaks don't always stay in the ad breaks!'
'A little jiggle-jiggle never hurt anyone,' commented one user, with another chiming in and saying, 'OMG, I love this… very funny!'
'Shake your tail feathers!' said a third, along with a bunch of laughing emojis.
Others also went on to send their appreciation and praise for Ally, who was reported to be leaving the show.
'How we are going to miss you, Ally. You are such a fresh breath of air,' one fan commented. 'Your laughter, your mischievous sense of humour and that rapport with Karl are just gold. Rest assured, we will all be tuning into ACA as we always do.'
If you're going to miss seeing Ally on Today as much as we are, you'll be happy to know that you can catch her on A Current Affair starting January 2023!
Folks, we don't know about you; but we definitely think more morning shows should start doing this! It would certainly make for some more interesting television, that's for sure.
