Ingredients…& method
1 sheet puff pastry
2 tbl spoons leggos stir through sauce -roasted vegetables- spread over pastry leaving an inch on each side of pastry
50 g ham
grated tasty cheese - enough to cover sauce
parmesan cheese to cover above cheese
Fold edges of pastry in
a very small amount of milk to brush on pastry


assemble as ingredients listed & cook for 30 mins @ 180c
serves 2

im going to try a different one tomorrow with pumpkin, cauliflower & cheese sauce. No need for above sauce but the ham might be nice, hmm. .sounds delicious, cheap & easy

Yum! I've never thought to use stir-through sauce but it sounds great.

I do something similar with Leggo's 'pizza sauce' because it lasts for 4 weeks after being opened

I’m good at making good cheap, yummy meals. I’m looking forward to making the vegetable one tomorrow.
this sauce tastes like a pizza sauce. The other one, roasted tomatoes, caramelised onions & garlic, is just like a spaghetti sauce & you don’t need to add meat..great for a meatless meal. I prefer the vegetable sauce in this recipe though. Found this product by chance…$4.60 In Coles & you don’t need to use very much at all. I’m going to try making little ones (party size) by using 1/4 sheet of pastry but that’s no where near as economical. Please try my recipe…hope you enjoy
