This $9.50 Woolworths Biscoff product is finally back on shelves!

Have you ever fallen in love with a product only to have it suddenly disappear from the shelves of your favourite supermarket?

If you're a fan of Lotus Biscoff and frozen treats, your heart was likely broken when the Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks were removed from Woolworths a year ago.

But worry no more! The coveted item has made a thrilling comeback.

The Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks initially graced the Woolworths frozen dessert aisle in March 2023 for a limited run.

Food reviewer @nectoriouspapi took to social media after he stumbled upon the frozen treats, telling his followers to 'run, not walk'.

'Look what’s back! A year later, after they disappeared, the Biscoff ice creams are finally back,' he excitedly declared to his audience on his video online.

If you've never had the pleasure of trying the Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Sticks, here's what you've been missing.

Available in white and milk chocolate versions, these frozen delights are packed with indulgent ice cream encased in a tantalising layer of chocolate.

They also contain pieces of Biscoff scattered on top, nestled between the ice cream and the smooth chocolate layers.

Served in packs of three, these sweet treats retail for $9.50.

Last year, another food reviewer, @AngeEats, tried the white chocolate version.

After a bite, he enthused, 'This is absolutely beautiful.’

‘It’s got little pieces of Biscoff on the outside too. It’s kind of like eating a Magnum [Frozen Dessert Sticks] but biscuit.’

The Lotus Biscoff and ice cream had many expressing their joy for its return and others lamenting that it’s unavailable in their region.

‘I was just thinking about these tonight,’ one said.

‘Still not on the Sunny Coast,’ another said.

Meanwhile, some have taken matters into their own hands and started making their own Biscoff-inspired treats.

'$9.50 for 3! That’s insane!' wrote one user.

‘These are so good but so expensive, so for the same price, I started to make my own. I got 24 bars for $10,’ another said.

‘Run, don’t walk because they will raise the price before you get there,’ a third added.
