This is a delicious dessert , and with Valentine’s Day coming up I would say its that perfect special dessert .

Below is instant pudding available from Coles n woolworths . If you can't find the Cottee's chocolate pudding then use the Aeroplane chocolate mousse it's pretty much the same thing

INGREDIENTS
BASE
- 1⁄2cup butter, softened (margarine works very well)
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1cup pecans, coarsely chopped
FILLING
- 1 packet cream cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups thickened cream Whipped
TOPPING
- 1 packet chocolate instant pudding 4 serving size
- 1 packet Vanilla instant pudding 4 serving size
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1⁄2cups whipped thickened cream
- 1 chocolate bar grated 180g
DIRECTIONS
- Beat together the butter and sugar. Blend in flour, then stir in the chopped pecans.
- Press mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 170 °C 150 °C fan-forced. Then Cool.
- Combine cream cheese, and icing sugar. Add 2 cups thickened whipped cream.
- Pour this mixture over the crust.
- Combine both pudding mixes with the milk. Pour over cheese mixture.
- Ice with 1-1/2 cups whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
