A boy or girl voice in a choir is called treble, once known as boy soprano.
I think a platinum medal is like a jubilee celebration, as in Queen Elizabeth II platinum jubilee medal 2022.
I once heard only 2 people in sport (no sport specified) have ever been awarded a platinum medal for extraordinary achievement. Don't quote me, I didn't check.
