Here, There and Everywhere?
The Diner

A large man in dirty, tattered clothes walked into a five-star restaurant.
The maitre d tries to firmly reject him from the restaurant,

but the man glares at him and growls "Oh, you're not going to let me eat?
My father used to have people refuse to serve him, and if you don't let me in
I'm going to have to do what he did when that happened".

The maitre d fearfully sends him to a table for one in the best area of the restaurant.

The waiter comes over and the man orders 3 of the most expensive steaks on the menu.

The waiter tries to dissuade him from ordering such expensive food,

but he glares at the waiter and repeats "Oh, you're not going to let me eat?
My father used to have people refuse to serve him, and if you don't let me order
I'm going to have to do what he did when that happened".

The waiter hurries to bring the order to the kitchen, and the food soon arrives at the man's table.
He begins eating with great gusto, making loud noises, and using his hands.
After the other customers complain, the manager comes out and asks him to leave.

The man stands up, glares down at the manager, and asks "You're going to throw me out?
My father once had someone throw him out, and if you do that to me I'll have to do what he did when that happened."

The manager scurried away fearfully, and the man sits back down and finishes his meal.
He pats his stomach and gets up to leave. Everyone is too afraid to ask him to pay,

but their curiosity gets the better of them and they ask,
"Excuse us, but we have to know. What did your father do?"

The man turns around and says "He went to bed hungry."
