Don't you ever have those days where you don't want to cook or the temperature is 40 deg . Well this filler is so delicious and nutritious.
This zesty and refreshing tuna filling is perfect for sandwiches , wraps, or as a topping for salads

Ingredients​

  • 185g can tuna in chilli oil, drained
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 large kale leaf, stem removed, shredded Finely
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • 90g (⅓ cup) light natural Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp garlic aioli
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ lemon, rind finely grated, juiced
  • Sea salt flakes, freshly ground black pepper , to season
  • Bread to serve on, I love serving it on sour dough

Method​

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined. Divide between bread slices as a sandwich filling. Serve.
