Ingredients
- 185g can tuna in chilli oil, drained
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 large kale leaf, stem removed, shredded Finely
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- 90g (⅓ cup) light natural Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 tbsp garlic aioli
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ lemon, rind finely grated, juiced
- Sea salt flakes, freshly ground black pepper , to season
- Bread to serve on, I love serving it on sour dough
Method
- Step 1
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined. Divide between bread slices as a sandwich filling. Serve.
