Taking care of your nervous system

TAKE CARE OF OUR NERVES AND NERVOUS SYSTEM.

Our nervous system is a bit like the electrical network of our body.
When our nervous system gets tired, or is damaged, it suffers and sends us symptoms such as pain, stiffness, tingling and in some extreme cases, paralysis.

It is therefore necessary to take care of this particular circuit.

Some foods can help:

✓Pineapple because it contains Bromelain which is a natural anti-inflammatory, so Turmeric also plays a major role in reducing pain.
✓Foods rich in Flavonoids: they contain B vitamins which are now known to participate in the proper functioning of the nervous system. In particular vitamins B 9 and B 12 (the latter is found mainly in foods of animal origin).
✓ Finally, omega 3s also help reduce inflammation of the nervous system, they are found in fish, especially salmon, sardines, trout...

Nervous disorders include all ailments related to an inconvenience in the nervous system. To cite a few examples of nervous disorders, nervousness, insomnia, stage fright, exhaustion, tics, anxiety, fibromyalgia (muscle stiffness and pain) and aggression are the most common.

Here are some examples of natural plants to calm the nerves:

♦VALERIAN
The calming and relaxing properties of valerian are very effective in soothing stress-related nervousness. It also soothes sleep disorders.

♦THE BASIL
It helps strengthen the nervous system. As an infusion, you should drink the basil before meals to better benefit from these virtues.

♦LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL
The aroma and soothing properties of lavender are very effective in treating most nervous disorders. It is possible to use it in diffusion or massage.

♦PASSIFFLOWER
This plant is ideal for calming the nerves and treating insomnia problems.

♦MELISSA (Melissa officinalis)
This plant, whose fresh leaves give off a lemony smell, has also always been known for its beneficial effect on the nerves and the mind.

♦THE GINSENG
To treat stress and anxiety, is used to restore our physical and emotional balance.

♦LAVENDER
Against nervous disorders or insomnia, Lavender is highly recommended for people suffering from nervous disorders or insomnia.
