Often working surprise overtime for Telecom years ago, the healthiest vending machine dinner option was corn chips, so I thought nachos and tacos were a real step up on the culinary scale.

Don't forget the avocado and sour cream toppings as well
My daughter and son always have guacamole with buritos

  • 2 ripe avocados, halved, stones removed, peeled

  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice

  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste

Mash the avocado with a fork then mix in all other ingredients.

So delicious 😋
