And full of sugar, high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, vegetable oils and chemicals such as Dextrose which have been proven bad for health. So yes, I agree with you it's amazing that in our modern society this is allowed to continue .

I'd ask SDC to investigate if the Shop Brand items actually contain unsafe or untested ingredients and let readers know if they're at risk by buying those cheaper versions of product.

Yes, that would be great Anna, but I bet any response will not include things like Dextrose, High Fructose Corn Syrup, vegetable oils (which are really seed oils), chemical sweeteners, and a variety of other preservatives. Although they are deemed as legal products, they are unsafe for our health in the long term, and this is a tried and tested fact.
