Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp softened butter
- ½ cup allulose (or monk‑fruit sweetener)
- ½ cup sugar‑free brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1¼ cups sifted all‑purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar‑free chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, allulose, and sugar‑free brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Add sifted flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder—mix just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounds of dough (about 1–2 Tbsp each) onto the baking sheet, spacing a few inches apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. For chewier cookies, aim for the shorter bake time.
