Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp softened butter

  • ½ cup allulose (or monk‑fruit sweetener)

  • ½ cup sugar‑free brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 large egg

  • 1¼ cups sifted all‑purpose flour

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup sugar‑free chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, allulose, and sugar‑free brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla.

  3. Add sifted flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder—mix just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Scoop rounds of dough (about 1–2 Tbsp each) onto the baking sheet, spacing a few inches apart.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. For chewier cookies, aim for the shorter bake time.
Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
