Ah, remember when storybooks came with records? There was something magical about flipping through pages while music set the mood! Did you have any of those growing up?

I had a Pinocchio one when I was a little kid. Used to love playing the record and looking at the words in the book. I knew every word in those songs and probably still do!

I have been thru the whole evolution of this style - had record and books as a child. Had the cassettes & story for my nephews, my son was lucky enough to have a number of Enid Blyton Magic Faraway Tree stories (read by Kate Winslett) on CD. Now i read on my tablet as much as I read real books. I just cannot retain plot lines when listening to audio books which is where these records have evolved to isn't it

My son still has his and he is 50 years old now.Bought them for him when he was 2.
