Wearing what seemed like a tradesman's outfit, the man was filmed around six in the morning, with the passenger door of his van open, nonchalantly dropping his trousers and defiling the public space.

The footage showed the man leaving behind not just his fecal matter but also used wipes.

One resident, Patricia, has had the misfortune of discovering the man's 'gifts' on her property not once but 15 times over the past three years.

I hope he is not an Australian, what a dirty filthy scumbag. Do something : trace the number plate to the owner to see if this is the offender, if it is them they can clean it up. He should also be fined for such a act. If he's done this before without getting caught, he will do it again. I hope he is caught and gets his nose rubbed in it.
