30 grams	Butter
6 tablespoons	Boiling Water
6 tablespoons	White Vinegar
add	Sprinkles

Substitutions​

White Sugar (1 cup)
1 cup sugar twin or sprinkle sweet or 2 tablespoon of sweet 20
Butter (1 cup)
1 cup margarine or 1 1/3 cup whipped butter (for sauteing) or 1 cup hydrogenated fat plus 1/2 teaspoon salt

I hope they turn out ok. I haven't made toffees for ages and ages but from memory be careful when you melt the butter and sugar don't burn it...the toffees won't turn out
