Is that really a country?? I have been told that it is the result of some longshore drift that has solidified. Some of the drift has been so fast that it melted and caused the hot mud pools. And because some have been around for so long they melted through the crust and produced some volcanoes. For all you wanted to know about NZ geology

Can you please explain to me why a country {namely New Zealand} would be missing of a world map because they were doing a Haka? To me that doesn't make any sense.

The rest of the world was kung fu fighting. So the Kiwis did something different.

Your knowledge of NZ and its geological history is why I will never visit there. I imagine that one morning I am going to hear on the news that it has disappeared!

Poor old NZ gets it in the neck again. BTW, none of the islands in the Pacific or other oceans get a look in either.
