Sour Grapes
- Replies 2
Now, I LOVE sour lollies, but I don't like to eat too much ultra-processed/zero-nutrition food, so when I found this recipe, it really caught my eye.
It's also a great way to use up any extra grapes that are less fresh than you'd like.

Ingredients
250g green grapes
250g red grapes
3 limes, finely zested, juiced
1 cup Woolworths white sugar
Method
Step 1: Remove grapes from the stem. Place grapes in a large bowl. Add lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavours to develop.
Step 2: Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place zest and sugar on a large plate.
Step 3: Roll grapes in sugar mixture to coat, then place on prepared trays. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

Tip
Use lemon or orange zest instead of lime zest, and experiment with different flavour combinations!
