Nothing keeps me awake I have severe tinnitis 4 different sounds in my head my doctor can't believe I can still sleep I miss all the earthquakes thunder never wakes me

Eeew I get tinnitus off and on its horrible I really feel for you ever since I had shingles it started again. I’m going to meditation and yoga classes it really helps me to deal with the attacks. Hopefully one day it’ll nick off for good.

Yes the things that we were told as kids, today the parents would be criminalised, let alone all the bullshit nursery rhymes that we were taught, how can a cow jump over the moon? And the dish run away with the spoon? A few years back myself & lady friend were babysitting her grandchildren & I suggested putting on Loony Tunes for them to watch, the eldest boy, about 10 years of age, started crying & said Grandma I can't watch this. Elma fudd shooting the rabbit, even though it never gets shot, and cyottee always trying to get road runner to eat, but they can sit & watch shoot em up stories or play blow up games or the likes & that's good fun. I really don't know which generation has got it right?
