Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed With Mozzarella

Ingredients
450g ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
100g mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, then press a cube of mozzarella cheese into the center of each meatball.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the meatballs in the skillet, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
