Slow Cooker Ribs
Quick, simple, and great during any season, these slow cooker Asian ribs melt right off the bone! Easy to make gluten free, and perfect for busy nights.- Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds pork back ribs fat removed
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 onion diced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon coarse whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Cut ribs into smaller portions (about two bone chunks per portion.) Mix dry rub ingredients together and rub each rib portion down. Place ribs into 6-quart slow cooker.
- Combine wet marinade ingredients together, and pour over top of ribs.
- Cover and cook on high 3 1/2 hours or 6-7 hours on low heat. Ribs are complete when they fall off the bone.
