Slow Cooker Ribs​

Quick, simple, and great during any season, these slow cooker Asian ribs melt right off the bone! Easy to make gluten free, and perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients​

Dry Rub
Wet Marinade


Instructions​

  1. Cut ribs into smaller portions (about two bone chunks per portion.) Mix dry rub ingredients together and rub each rib portion down. Place ribs into 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Combine wet marinade ingredients together, and pour over top of ribs.
  3. Cover and cook on high 3 1/2 hours or 6-7 hours on low heat. Ribs are complete when they fall off the bone.

Notes​

Note: For a more finished appearance and texture, broil ribs in oven until darkened before serving.
