Without going into MASS info., on these postings, it's TOTALLY IMPERATIVE, that if you're thinking of real estate up here, it has to have a 'MUST", NORTH or NORTH EAST aspect, totally REGARDLESS. This for the Nor-easter breezes to cool your place down. Also, in a coastal area, you have to be at LEAST a quarter to half a kilometer from the ocean, to highly reduce the "SALT" effect of, &, on your house.

Just a tad of further info., for you to consider. It is what we have done living in North Haven, & now in Laurieton, even now, that we are abt 3 k's or so from the ocean. ABSOLUTELY NO SALT EFFECT, as it is a "TOTAL DAMNATION" of a problem.

Think, South West Rocks, a very popular area to have a "Geek" at. Abt an hour or so north of us. "Veddy Veddy" nice there indeed, with quite a bit of history attached to the area. A great spot.

It would be great if you would like too, as it's totally your perogative if you wish. Feel ABSOLUTELY free to give me a buzz where I can fill you in on other THINGS which could well be of interest to you, which you more than likely may not know about.
