greed by any other name. My Carer lives in a home which has been bought by someone from Victoria. For the last 3 years her rent has gone up $100 per year although the home and gardens are kept in perfect condition. As for me, I can't go out the back to the clothes line as the back doors are both jammed and the concrete is too uneven to walk on. My clothes line is a length of rope tied to lattice work in the car port. I even had to pay for the installation of an outside powerpoint to charge my scooter. I've been here almost 4 years. So much for loyalty.
