Hi everyone.
I have very recently moved to the Gold Coast from NSW, driving up with my 2 year old dog, Monti, in his seat beside me. Never thought I would do such a thing at my age but I actually enjoyed it! Had to wait a while for my furniture and belongings to follow me and am now enjoying (not!) unpacking. I am really enjoying where I live though, having lived in a one bedroom unit for over 30 years and now in a lovely two bedder with my pooch. I'm still trying to figure out how I crammed so much stuff into a one bedder! I am finding Qld people to be quite friendly and have met so many people through walking Monti. Looking forward to exploring this lovely area and making new friends.
