Hmm, I can't find specific mention of how long it takes to process a seniors card in WA. That said, you can inquire about it at the WA Seniors Card Centre at 1800 671 233 or by email at [email protected]

Hmmm surely they would have given you a reason as to why you were refused a Seniors card.
Just knowing your age does not automatically mean you are entitled to a seniors Card..
There must be a reason?
