Seniors Card & $ 500 bonus for Pensions​

Hi, Can someone tell me as I am 61 this yr how do I get a seniors Card? And do all the Pensioners get the $500 bonus in July for Electricity I think they said it was for please forgive me if I am wrong about that lol i just know there is a $500 bonus Thank you.
