Selling second hand and new household

I have house hold goods from new pots to clothes which I want to get rid of but the independent living where I'm does not allow sales even garage sales due to security issues, few months ago our mail boxes were vandalised and yet there 24/7 cameras everywhere.I once tried Gum tree few years ago before coming to the village and I was almost scammed by people pretending to be international students from Philippines.
I need help to earn a few $$ and get rid of the stuff I do not use.My retirement was due to injuries I did not prepare to retire at 65years .
I shall be waiting for your advise s and suggestions.
