Seesaw​

Back then, playgrounds felt complete when there’s a seesaw in sight! Nothing beats the thrill of going up—until the person on the other end jumps off and sends you crashing down with a thud. Whether you landed with a laugh or a tear, the memories still bounce back every now and then. Do you have any favourite playground staples like the seesaw?

These were definitely a combination of fun, excitement, danger, and pain. I remember being flung off backwards on one when the kid at the other end jumped off quickly.
That was definitely the pain part.

Include the razzle dazzle, monkey bars, swings, & of course the 'red hot' slippery dip.

There used to be a song we sang as we See Sawed it started “ See Saw Marjory daw …and I have forgotten the rest.
