As a child I lived in a town of 3,500 and there was one Italian family and one Dutch family. I live in the “same” town as an aged person. The town now has a population of 30,000 and I think there is every ethnicity represented. It is actually difficult to get medical, dental or pharmaceutical assistance from a person who has English as their primary language

Some species of vetch and alfalfa contain a toxic amino acid which produces lupus (an autoimmune disease) like symptoms in humans when eaten in large quantities.
