Q8. What art movement was associated with the use of abstract forms and bold colors?- Abstract expressionism! Fauvism used bold colours also but shapes were simplified and still recognisable. However abstract expressionism is abstract forms- not the same as simplified forms! Whoever interpreted this did so without understanding the difference between simplified forms and abstract forms. (I'm a retired art teacher. And if you check google my answer is correct yet it was not offered as an option.)
