A bit above average for me today. However major problems with the page with all possible answers blocked out over the first 5 questions and answers populated when I was attempting to clear the blockage. Logged out, and in, and out and then entered via google. Now functional, but I wasn’t asked to log back in again! The ghosts of Christmas past?

Strange problems for you! Haven't come across blocked answers myself. Very frustrating for you. Logging in and out as you did usually sorts out glitches, although I get it popping up and demanding my password when I haven't logged out previously.

Q10 - there are two correct answers.

The kidneys and the liver are both organs that filter and detoxify the blood:

  • Kidneys
Filter waste from the blood and return the cleaned blood to the body. Kidneys also help balance the body's fluids and electrolytes. Healthy kidneys filter about half a cup of blood every minute. The waste leaves the body as urine.

  • Liver
Filters and removes compounds from the body, including hormones, alcohol, and other drugs. The liver also stores fat-soluble vitamins, iron, and copper.
