Question 5 was sorta correct. Water has two positive charges on the ends and a negative charge in the middle thus:

H+ ---- O- ----- H+ with an bond angle of 104.5 degrees like a shallow V.

Option 5B is not a correct option. Water does not freeze at zero degrees C.
Zero is the melting point of ice, not the freezing point of water.
Water can and usually does exist well below zero depending on its properties, eg fresh water, salty, still, moving etc. On the other hand, ice can exist right up to zero but never above.
