Score designer jewellery for $20 with Target’s ‘perfect dupe’: ‘They're so cute’

In the world of fashion and accessories, the allure of designer brands is undeniable. The prestige, the craftsmanship, and the exclusivity of labels like Van Cleef & Arpels can make any piece a coveted treasure.

But let's face it, not everyone can—or wants to—spend thousands of dollars on a single piece of jewellery.

That's where Target steps in, offering a glimmer of hope for those who dream of high-end style without the high-end price tag.

Recently, Target has stunned shoppers with a jewellery set that's being hailed as the 'perfect dupe' for Van Cleef & Arpels' iconic pieces.

With prices for the designer brand ranging from $4,700 to a staggering $7,600, the discovery of Target's $20 Clover Jewellery Pack has been nothing short of a revelation for budget-conscious fashionistas.

The set includes a bracelet, necklace, and a pair of earrings, all featuring a charming clover design that's available in three colors: malachite green, onyx black, and pearl.

This design is strikingly reminiscent of Van Cleef & Arpels' signature four-leaf clover motif, which has long been associated with luck, wealth, and luxury.

While the designer pieces are crafted from 18k gold and genuine malachite gemstones, each with its own unique pattern, Target's version offers a gold-plated alternative with stone-like clovers.

The buzz around this affordable luxury began with an Aussie social media personality known as Kmart Insider, who shared her find with her followers.

'These Van Cleef dupes from Target Australia will make you feel like royalty,' she said.

The excitement is palpable, with shoppers expressing their amazement at Target's 'unbelievable' offering.

Comments like 'Oh my goodness,' 'Running to Target,' and 'I need these, they're so cute,' flooded social media, as people share their enthusiasm for this accessible alternative to designer jewelry.

This isn't the first time that savvy shoppers have spotted a high-end lookalike for a fraction of the cost.

In a previous story, a social media personality highlighted a Kmart handbag that closely resembled Polene’s Numero Dix bag, which costs $18 compared to the designer version's $840 tag.

The Moon Crossbody Bag, which comes in two colourways, is great for those who want a clean, minimal look.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall when two women arrive at a party both wearing these, one paid a ridiculous amount and the other bought the Target set, would the Target buyer admit to it? I doubt it 🤣

Why fork out that much on trinkets when you could wear the copy for $thousands less?

My conscience wouldn't allow me to spend that amount of money on jewellery. I would rather sponsor an education for a child in need in the world or in Palestine (which I do). I love costume jewellery, and find it great fun to source really unusual pieces. Temu have a fantastic range at unbelievable prices.
