It's such a shame you've had a bad experience with zippay and zipmoney. I've held both accounts with them for about 8 years, and I love the service they provide to me. I understand a fee needs to be associated with their business, and I don't mind paying it because, for me, it's a convenient way of buying online and not using my personal banking/card details.
