latest story that UK will legislate banks to reimburse scam losses is no longer correct
Recent Supreme court case in UK deemed banks are not liable to refund losses in the
party scammed authorised the payment to the scammer.
rather than the scammer obtaining credit/password details by deceit and using that data
to access funds directly
