I cook salmon pieces at least twice a week for hubby .
I buy the frozen Coles Salmon pieces which cost around $29 a packet for 10 pieces . I usually pick it up on sale for $27
I serve with steamed vegetables or salad and air fried chips

If you don't have an air fryer, then cook on stove top in a frypan, add a little oil and cook around 2 minutes on each side
The salmon I use come in seperate packages and if I forget to take them out of freezer then I pop them in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions
1. Drizzle oil over salmon. Combine salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over fish. Place salmon in a single layer in air-fryer basket. Cook until fish is lightly browned and just beginning to flake easily with a fork, 7-9 minutes. Each air fryer is different so I would say medium heatIf you don't have an air fryer, then cook on stove top in a frypan, add a little oil and cook around 2 minutes on each side
