I love fruit desserts and this one is so delicious.
Out of my 15 family members only 5 like Rockmelon , when I was growing up we all loved it.
I use small rockmelons as 1 serving is one half.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 small Rockmelons, halved and seeded
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add blueberries; cook until heated through. Fill cantaloupe with ice cream; top with sauce
