I want to share a breakfast that my daughter makes once aweek , other days she has egg white, spinach and avacado .
She is however in training to enter a power lifting completion.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium peaches, chopped
- 1 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup granola Crunch cereal
Directions
- Layer half the yogurt, peaches, blackberries and granola into 2 parfait glasses. Repeat layers.
