She took a photograph of him with a film camera, then after developing film she created and washed a print, then hung it up to dry. This is difficult to do now due to lack of film and film cameras.

Hello Riddle Masters!

I hope you're all having a fine Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning and you're ready to crack this riddle:

A woman shoots her husband. Then she holds him underwater for over 5 minutes. Finally, she hangs him. But 5 minutes later, they both go out and enjoy a wonderful dinner together. How can this be?

A big thanks to member Joe L. for sending this one through, we must admit we were a little confused and concerned when we first read the riddle, but once we figured it out (after a bit of time and help from Joe L.) we had a good laugh... hopefully this helps!

As always, your answer will be hidden by a spoiler button. If you want to read your or someone else's answer just click the 'spoiler' button!

Happy Riddling and Good Luck!
She took a photo, then developed it herself which entailed water and the hanging. Of course this was prior to digital photos!

She took a photo of her husband. Developed the photo by dunking him in the developer. Hung it to dry. Then they went out for dinner.
