You can’t be buried if you’re still living.
 
the person is alive in Perth so it is impossible to be buried in Cairns. Different if the living person became deceased in Perth and was flown to Cairns for burial
The point is the person is living and would not be buried alive anywhere.
 
We usually wait until a person is dead before burying them; even up in Queensland!
 
For the same reason if I was living anywhere I wouldn't want to be buried.
 
Because they are still living.
 
I guess because you can only be buried in a coffin!
